1. Acceptance
By using StratumVu, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational and assessment purpose
StratumVu provides business education, structured review tools, and recommendations based on the information supplied. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. The Business Review supports judgment; it does not replace qualified advisers or decisions appropriate to your circumstances.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Scores, maturity bands, gates, findings, and recommendations do not guarantee revenue, profit, ranking, funding, legal compliance, security, or any other business outcome. Business conditions change, and a previously verified item may need to be tested again.
4. Your information and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, safeguarding continuation links and devices used to access private reviews, and ensuring that you have the right to provide any evidence or business information entered into the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s review, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use StratumVu to violate law or another person’s rights.
6. Intellectual property
The StratumVu name, visual identity, eight-layer system, StratumVu 150 content, assessment structure, site content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to StratumVu. You may use the service for your own legitimate business review. These Terms do not grant the right to reproduce, resell, publish, or create a competing copy of the protected materials.
7. Third-party services and links
StratumVu may link to or rely on third-party services. Their availability, content, and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue part of the service. We aim to preserve saved-review integrity, but uninterrupted availability is not promised.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. StratumVu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service where such limitations are permitted.
